Why We Choose NRD Landscape Design + Build
NRD Landscape Design is a company that somehow perfectly blends the client's need for both style and budget. From their website, "A beautifully landscaped home does so much more than improve your curb appeal. It can expand your life into the outdoors and magnify the beauty of your home and property. A well-designed outdoor space draws you into the natural landscape around you." We honestly couldn’t agree more, and when it comes to creating this sought after feel, no team can do it quite like Eric Robertson & his team at NRD.
Why we can’t get enough of Front Porch Living
When it comes to designing a custom home, one feature we can't get enough of is an elevated, spacious front porch and entryway. Summers in Minnesota are meant to be enjoyed and what better way to do that than with an outdoor living space? Some of our favorite projects over the years have been those custom homes that capitalize on their outdoor space to create a welcoming, family-friendly environment to be enjoyed by both homeowners and guests alike.

Our First Live Podcast Event
I love hearing people's stories and bringing people together to celebrate their successes and growth as they've worked to build their businesses. There's something really special about bringing industry leaders, construction pros, and entrepreneurs across different industries together. After each podcast interview, I'm always amazed at how much I take away from the conversation. I wanted to spread the love, so we thought, why not create a LIVE event so MORE people can be a part of the magic?

Medicine Lake Contemporary | The Middle of the Build
Once our team had a chance to get to know the clients and their ideal vision (a modern-style home with dramatic views of the lake) it was time to start bringing that vision to life! Every design process is a journey with key elements rising to the surface, and this one was no exception
