The Power of Home Builder Brand Partnerships for Mysa Hus
If you’ve followed the journey of Mysa Hus, you already know that wellness and function are the backbone of the project. But what often gets overlooked is the team behind the scenes: the partners who help bring those values to life through thoughtful products, craftsmanship, and shared purpose.
This year, we launched a new sponsorship structure for brands who wanted to align with the philosophy of Mysa Hus. And today, we’re highlighting the group at the center of that effort: our Framework Sponsors.
These aren’t just companies supplying products. They’re trusted collaborators helping us shape the experience of living in this home. And that’s the heart of home builder brand partnerships: finding companies that care as much about the “why” as they do the “what.”
What Is a Framework Sponsor?
We developed three sponsorship tiers for partners who wanted to be part of Mysa Hus:
Foundation Partner – $10,000
Framework Partner – $30,000
Legacy Partner – $50,000
Each tier includes marketing deliverables: blogs, events, podcast features, on-site signage, and more. You’ll find the full list under Brand Partnerships on our website.
But the Framework tier was created specifically to attract brands who believed in the wellness-forward vision of Mysa Hus. These brands wanted deep integration in both the home and the storytelling we’re building around it.
We started with brands we knew and trusted, but we also welcomed new partners who were excited about sustainability, innovation, and designing for intentional living. It wasn’t just about who could write a check. It was about who wanted to build something meaningful with us.
Why Values Alignment Matters
At Mysa Hus, alignment is everything.
We’re building a home rooted in wellness and simplicity. That meant we couldn’t bring in brands that didn’t reflect that core. It ended up being a natural blend with about 60% long-time collaborators we trust, and 40% new partners drawn to the deeper mission.
Wellness isn’t a buzzword here. It’s embedded into every detail of the house. Our partners had to share that mindset—and they did.

Framework Partner Spotlights
Below is a look at the partners who helped shape Mysa Hus.
Admit One – Technology & Integration
Featured Products:
Lighting control
Hidden plaster-in speakers
AV integration throughout the home
Why Them:
This was our first project with Admit One, though we’ve known them for years through the Curious Builder Collectives. Lance Anderson and his team resonated with our values, and they were excited to experiment right alongside us.
Wellness Integration:
Tech can support wellness, or it can interrupt it. Admit One pushed us to think about digital boundaries and “off-grid” moments inside a modern home.
We even explored (half-jokingly) a whole-house kill switch to turn off every device and mimic the stillness of a tech-free cabin. Turns out that’s illegal (police jammer territory) but it sparked great conversation around intentional living.
Aurora One – Lighting Design
Featured Products:
Custom lighting design throughout the home
Why Them:
Kristen Reince from Aurora One has been part of our Architect and Builder Collectives. She’s a trusted collaborator who was immediately drawn to the wellness-first approach of Mysa Hus.
Wellness Integration:
Lighting shapes everything: your mood, energy, sleep, and sense of calm. Aurora One approached lighting not as “fixtures” but as atmosphere. Their perspective helped us make lighting a foundational element of wellness.
House of Rohl – Fixtures & Fittings
Featured Products:
High-end fixtures throughout kitchen and bath spaces
Why Them:
This partnership came through OHO Interiors. Their team connected deeply with Melissa Oholendt’s design vision. After we met House of Rohl at K-BIS, the alignment felt seamless.
Wellness Integration:
Fixtures are the pieces you interact with dozens of times a day. House of Rohl brings craftsmanship, longevity, and a timeless European aesthetic. These are all values embedded in the Mysa Hus design language.
Rockwool – Insulation & Soundproofing
Featured Products:
Comfortboard 80
Comfortbatt R15
Acoustic Batts
Why Them:
Rockwool is literally made from rock. It’s mold-proof, fire-resistant, pest-resistant, and sustainable. Their performance and health-forward philosophy aligned naturally with Mysa Hus.
Wellness Integration:
Rockwool plays a big role in creating the home’s quiet, peaceful interior. In a recent video, my speaking voice went from 70–80 dB to the low 20s because of their acoustic performance. That silence is felt.
Stark – Textiles & Carpet
Featured Products:
All-natural wool carpet
Non-toxic pad and underlayment
Why Them:
Stark’s local rep, Nancy Flom, has been a supporter of our work for years. We wanted something soft, natural, and safe for the lower level and Stark had the perfect, wellness-safe options.
Wellness Integration:
Most carpets are petroleum-based and full of VOCs. Stark helped us select options without dyes or chemicals, ideal for spaces where families go barefoot and breathe deeply.
TOTO – Bathroom Fixtures
Featured Products:
Smart toilets with integrated bidets
Why Them:
I’ve been wanting to use TOTO for years. Their hygiene innovations are unmatched, and the European influence aligns perfectly with the Mysa Hus aesthetic.
A Collective visit to the Chicago TOTO showroom sealed the deal.
Wellness Integration:
Bathrooms are high-bacteria environments. TOTO’s smart features elevate hygiene, comfort, and daily ritual.
Emser Tile – Tile & Surfaces
Featured Products:
Tile selections throughout bathrooms, laundry, and accent areas
Why Them:
We already had a strong relationship with Emser through the Curious Builder Collectives. But what truly made them a fit was their wholehearted interest in Mysa Hus’s deeper mission.
They understood we weren’t just choosing tile, we were designing a home that should feel good to live in.
Wellness Integration:
Tile influences the home’s visual calm and tactile comfort. We focused on textures that feel soft underfoot, colors that reflect light softly, and durable materials that support healthy routines.
How Framework Partners Elevate the Living Experience
This level of partnership offers reassurance. Every time you turn a fixture, walk barefoot across a floor, close a door and hear quiet, relax under intentional lighting, or feel the calm of clean materials, you’re experiencing the result of these collaborative choices. The wellness philosophy of Mysa Hus isn’t just marketing, it’s built into the bones of the home.
A Final Word on Choosing the Right Partners
Not every partner is right for every project. But when you start with a clear vision you can find collaborators who elevate it.
Trust your builder, designer, and architect. Let them connect you to the right people. And when you find partners who share your values, the project stops being a job and starts becoming something meaningful.
That’s what happened at Mysa Hus. And that’s what thoughtful home builder brand partnerships are really about.
