Celebrating The Curious Builder Podcast: A Boat Cruise Event
One year ago an idea sparked that's turned into a project we are so thankful for! As custom home builders we get the chance to work with an assortment of industry pros. Each has a unique story to tell and expertise to offer. We wanted to create a space where others could benefit from the relationships we’re impacted by on a regular basis. Three months later the Curious Builder Podcast was born!
A Day to Celebrate
As we approached our first anniversary we knew we wanted to do something special to celebrate. We decided on a boat cruise, inviting sixty people to join us for a day of connection, community, and reflection on all we had accomplished! Every individual invited was either a podcast sponsor or a season one guest, creating a networking event that gave us the chance to celebrate with those who made it all possible!
A Way to Say Thank You
We wanted this time to be a celebration of those who believed in and contributed to the show as much as a way to celebrate the show itself. Without this community of support and encouragement, we never could have created the Curious Builder Podcast!
We served a nice, casual dinner and invited our sponsors to speak. It was fun for all of us to hear from these industry experts on what they enjoyed about the podcast and why they chose to get behind it! It was a successful event that will no doubt have a lasting impact on each of us.
Building Community
One of the best parts was watching these industry pros get a chance to connect and take advantage of networking opportunities with other home-building experts. The chance to form these meaningful connections is a gift to all of us!
In the custom home-building world there are so many industry leaders who are passionate about their craft. In a profession that requires so much collaboration to reach our common goal, it takes a strong community to be able to support and uplift each other. Community over competition will always be one of our values and something we love having the opportunity to foster.

The Curious Builder Podcast exists to give a voice to top building industry professionals providing them a platform to tell their stories about starting and growing their businesses, highlighting challenges and wins, and revealing insights listeners may apply to their own businesses and experiences.
