How it Works

They've designed software that helps to automate that entire process, freeing up builders to do what they do best and fully streamlining all the behind-the-scenes book and managing work. Adaptive automates job casting and controls cash flow, eliminating paperwork and manual data entry with artificial intelligence.
How They Got Started
Adaptive originally began as a bookkeeping firm, learning to manage books and navigate QuickBooks for their first few clients in Austin, Texas. A few months in, it became pretty apparent that the main thing they were doing was data entry. They began looking for ways to innovate that process which led to their initial automation-focused product. From there things continued to progress giving way to a booming business focused on speeding up and simplifying the grunt work of managing this kind of business.
