In the 1960’s, the first generation of Williams homes started with homes built in the northwest side of the Minneapolis area. In 1974, David A. Williams Realty & Construction, Inc. began building homes and winning awards for craftsmanship. The small custom home company grew and expanded to the southwest metro areas of Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Chaska and beyond.
The Williams brand became focused on its commitment to excellence, which was a unique balance of affordability and luxury. By building well over 1,200 homes spanning 50 years, the Williams name has become a Minnesota tradition in quality home building and craftsmanship.
After being raised in building and design from his youth, Mark D. Williams formed and incorporated his own company in June, 2004. Mark graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications along with a degree in Business from the Carlson School of Management. The Williams brand continues into its third generation of custom home building with a renewed commitment to quality custom homes. We pride ourselves on building relationships that outlast our homes.
